Excellent Service provided by Agent

Good Day, this review is regarding excellent service received from one of the Ithemba Property Management Agents: Palesa Mawasha. My query was promptly answered, feedback was provided immediately and it was escalated accordingly to the relevant department to investigate and resolve. Palesa was also considerate of my concerns and feelings on the notification I received via the app for the estate that I reside in, as it was regarding my Jan 2025 rental that was noted as overdue after the 1st of Jan; when in fact I always pay my rental account a few days in advance and had made payment in Dec 2024 already, with the POP having being sent automatically via my bank and via email. The service I received was excellent, professional, respectful and considerate of not on the issue at hand, but also my feelings on how the initial message came across. The matter was the promptly resolved, updated accordingly on the app and updated feedback was provided shortly thereafter. A big Thank you to Palesa for the amazing service 🌟
