Excellent Service

This month I face a hell of struggle with my bank account, there was a money which was deducted on my account mistakenly, the company agreed to refund the money, but everything took long and I failed to pay my rent in time. I informed the Ithemba Property Management, but things seems failing. Purchase Place Building manager Ms. Busi Dube, exceed our expectations but helping us through that period. I will like to thank her and her team on behalf of my family. I wish all the tenants of Purchase Place can always reaching out to her whenever they face personal challenges. My water and electricity was never switched off at all, thank Sis Busi, your team and Ithemba Property Management, keep up the good work.
