⚠️ ************ & Essential Service Cuts — Unacceptable Conduct from a Property Group
I’m extremely disappointed with Ithemba Property Group. Despite being a Delightful & Upstanding Tenant, I’ve faced ************ and ******* disconnection of Essential Services, which disrupted my daily life and work immensely!
No tenant should be treated this way — it’s ********* and a violation of basic human rights.
Ithemba needs to take accountability and follow LEGAL processes for managing their Tenants and Estate!

Kindly note that Ithemba does not condone the disconnection or interruption of any essential services as a result of payment-related issues. We remain committed to ensuring that all essential utilities are maintained in accordance with applicable regulations and tenant rights.
However, please be advised that any services considered as value-added amenities provided to tenants who maintain their rental payments in good standing and in accordance with the terms of their lease agreement may be temporarily suspended until the outstanding balance has been settled.
Should you currently be experiencing any challenges or interruptions related to essential services, we encourage you to contact your building manager(s) directly. They will be able to assess the situation and provide the necessary assistance.
Furthermore, if you believe that any actions taken with regard to your unit are ******** or unjustified, you are fully entitled to pursue legal recourse through the appropriate channels.
We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
