Eric the Security guy beat me

I have a problem with Ithemba the incident happened on Saturday 21st April 2024 at one of Ithemba building the onxy So what happened is that I was visiting my friend there she stays at room number 858 it was late at 2am in the morning when we got there my friend didn’t have have her phone to do a code so she insisted that we go in together because we already saw people going in together So immediately when we got there the security started shouting At me and I tried to apologise then he started beating me I have proof I have a video of him beating me and he threw me and locked me in the parking and he he started beating me there I have also opened A case against him with the police , so I need help regarding that because I have reported the matter also to Patric the building manager and they are not doing anything regarding that
