Employee at Ithemba
I had a bad experience with Ithemba as a worker. After working for 8 years, I was let go without any warning. Despite being a hardworking worker and dedicating my whole life into this job. I have never done anything bad in the past or had a bad record. Ithemba do not treat its people well, they only care about themselves. Even now I’m not working. This has inconvenienced my whole lively hood. At the age of 38 I had to go back home and be unemployed.
