Elevate Apartments? Absolute Trash

I feel sorry for whoever is going to find themselves in this dump.

I've only been living here for LITERALLY 1 month and I am ready to leave and never find myself living in a place managed by Ithemba.

1. During the coldest part of winter, we did not have hot water on and off for days but somehow, we are still billed for the same hot water we did not use.

2. Paying for water does not guarantee that you will be provided with the service because they do not care about their tenants, all they care about is leeching money from us.

3. The CCTV security that is advertised on their website is only limited to the reception and laundry area. What about the hallways where the actual security is at its weakest?

How do you justify paying close to R4 000 for a matchbox where basic water and electricity are hardly ever afforded to paying tenants?

People literally get ****** in the building and their safety is constantly put at risk.
