due to the lock down i know have to be forced to pay rental at your flat because i placed a notice and i cant move the remainer of my furniture due to the lockdown and the r3000 that you charged us incorrectly for the lease

Iam sick and tired of the Metropolitan flat because all they want is to always be sucking people of their hard earned money I have been staying at the Metropolitan flat since 2012 with my mother and all we have ever received is poor customer service and they don't take their customer complaits seriously,last month we put a notice to move out on the 31st of March so last week a day before the lock down we did move some of our furniture to our new house and we left a few of our items there because of time and most truck drivers being unavailable and what ****es me off is that every single person in the World knows that the country is on lock down and ithemba being the company that they are they are expecting us to pay rental for the month of April and they are not doing anything to adjust their rules due to the lock down that the Government implemented which I find very selfish honestly so do you expect me and my family to get arrested whilst trying to move furniture from the Metropolitan flat to avoid paying rent?If it means taking this up with my lawyers I will do so because firstly its not my fault that the country is on lockdown and I cant afford to pay rent at 2places due to you and the management not taking my complaint seriously secondly you guys charged us r3000 for moving before our lease was up and this is because your promotion people **** to us last year whilst they were doing a renewal of lease campaign and they said if you renew your lease for a year you will get r800 cashback towards your rent and I asked the light guy with the dreadlocks what would happen if we moved before our lease was up and he said you would have to pay back the r800 back they gave us only and now all of a sudden we want to move out we are held liable for r3000 God knows were it comes from and when we moved in we payed a deposit and now that we want to move out you are charging us for the cracked tubs and a whole lot of things that you as a flat are supposed to be maintaining using that rent money that we pay every single month without failure, we have been staying at that flat for a whole 8years and there has been numerous problems with your tub peeling off leaking geysers and a whole lot of other issues but every time when we request for your help you always want us to pay money and I don't understand why?If I have been staying at the same place for such a long time you as a company are supposed to be doing numerous check ups and helping me with the problem iam so fed up with the treatment that me and my family have been getting from the Metropolitan Flat in Berea
