Drugs users at Ithemba properties in Wespark estate

I am so disappointed about Ithemba properties more especially at Wespark estate. The use of drugs by teenagers. The stairs are full of cigarettes, nyaope, liquor bottles ect. The next thing we will be crying burglary in the apartments and cars. I don't know what the security is doing there. This place is now a disaster and it's disgusting. Ithemba surely doesn't care about its tenants. The worst is yet to come.
