Don't move into Barlow Park
Living at Barlow Park has been an absolute nightmare. My electricity was switched off for no reason and without any warning. The building is unbelievably noisy – constant disturbances day and night make it impossible to relax or get any decent sleep.
Security is completely does nothing about any noise complaints, and the building manager is totally unresponsive. I reached out with a formal complaint and never received a single response. It’s clear they don’t care about residents once they’ve got your money.
If you’re considering moving in here, don’t. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and regret. This has been one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made.

Kindly note that our building management team has no record of switching off your electricity as it was not reported to them.
We have processes in place for noise making and we are unable to follow these processes unless the management of of the building is contacted during the time the noise is being made by our tenants.
Should this issue re-occur could you kindly let the building manager/s of Barlow Park know when the noise re-occurs or when you are experiencing an electricity issue. Contacting them directly will assist us in being able to give a more instant response to the matter in order for the culprits to be identified and penalized as per the lease agreement.
Or alternatively, continue to use the channels provided such as our App, email (***), or our helpline ***).
We trust all is in order.
