Don’t apply/sign that lease. You’ll REGRET

I’m typing this as a disgruntled tenant currently staying at Barlow Park. If you insist on renting here prepare to pay way more than you would have signed for. There’s lack of transparency, delayed responses to tenant issues and no clear communication. Prepare to be billed crazy amounts that are unaccounted for nor properly explained. This place is still heavily under construction- so prepare to walk and live in an environment that is currently a safety hazard. Also, none of the amenities and facilities promised exist. But you will still pay the estate levy. Lol. Oh by the way, this estate is anti-pedestrian so brace yourself to walk up the stairs and a distance just to get to your room- Ubers are not allowed into the premises s****y. Your rental is just a small portion of what you going to pay. There are hidden costs and amounts quoted on our invoices that do not make sense and have never been clearly explained by our agents.

I regret coming here and I’m now searching for a new place. Apply at your own risk.
