Does Ithemba Property want every cent we earn

I have another issue with Ithemba Property. The tenants of West Park estates took Ithemba Property to the Rental Housing Tribunal regarding utilities charged when the contract stated that utilities are to be paid by the Landlord. The ruling of the RHT was in favor of the complainants(Tenants) but Ithemba keeps charging utilities every month disregarding the ruling. When i sent them an e'mail regarding this matter, they told me they cannot reverse any utility charges,and that i will be evicted if i do not pay them. My rent is up to date, but my utility charges are increasing every month, as they add and i do not pay. I app**** for another unit through another agent and my application was denied, due to the fact that an Ithemba Property employee gave me a bad reference and also told them i pay late every month, whereas i have an arrangement with them for the 7th of every month
