Do not rent with them please .
Utterly disgusting service Moved out of the apartment,no damages reported and inspection not done because caretaker was not there when I moved out . Fast forward I wast told I am not getting my deposit refunded because I did not give enough notice therefore should pay the lease cancellation fee, the agent I spoke with told me that they will use my deposit to cover that. In writing Now they are going back on their word and claiming the same amount as repaired , how absurd? I asked for proof of these repairs and receipts that the "damage" was the coincidentally the same amount as the deposit they can't do that . A bunch of ********s ******* and *****sters. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM ! They broke many laws and I will be reporting them to the tribunal, no electricity for almost 3 weeks at a time , ****roach and rats infestation. I will not back down Ithemba rent was fully paid on time always no month missed . Pathetic service representatives too
Thank you for your review. We understand that maintenance charges can be frustrating. In this case, the charge was based on the damages that were in the unit due to your 2 year stay with us which was outlined in the lease agreement.
When vacating you need to let the building manager know regarding the time and date you will be moving, because out tenants don't always vacate on the last day of the month.
If you were vacating on the last day of the month you also need to be in communication with the building manager with regards to the time because they could be a lot of tenants moving at the same time and he will need to plan accordingly.
Penalties were settled using the deposit but final charges could not be be settled by your deposit as it was finished already by penalties.
A job card and out inspection was sent to you on the 15th of April as per your request and those are the proof of the repairs.
Kindest Regards,
