26 Nov 2025, 12:24Dear Eric,
As mentioned in our earlier response, we would like to kindly refer you back to the information previously provided;
All tenants are required to fully vacate their units no later than 12:00 p.m. on the vacate date indicated on their official notice. This requirement is in place to ensure that our team is able to conduct the necessary inspections in a timely manner. Early inspections enable the building manager to accurately identify any maintenance concerns or repairs that may be required and to prioritize these tasks accordingly before the arrival of the next occupant. These timelines have been established to support efficient unit turnaround, particularly in instances where a new tenant is scheduled to move in the following day.
This policy is clearly outlined in Clause 3 of the vacate notice form, which was reviewed and signed at the time the notice was submitted.
While we fully understand that the logistics of moving may vary from one tenant to another, the timing requirements are communicated well in advance to allow adequate preparation and to help tenants avoid any additional charges. The information provided on the vacate form, along with the confirmation email sent upon receipt of your request to vacate, is intended to ensure that all expectations are transparent and that the move-out process can proceed smoothly and in accordance with the agreed-upon terms.
Regards
