Do not move here!!!!
For your own peace and sanity do not move here. I reiterate. If you do not have a car just know that you will get treated so badly, pedestrians are treated terribly and not considered at all. I have sooooooo many issues with this place and i have tried to be so patient. They literally make everything so difficult. The only way to actually get anything resolved is to leave a bad review. There is supposedly backup water but we went almost 2 weeks without water. The place is not pedestrian friendly. The management is rude. I could go on.
