Disrespectful and Unprofessional

On Tuesday 10 -04 -2018 one of the employees at Hoofd mansions used profanity while I was talking to him and that let to an altercation.I felt belittled and disrespected post the altercation.l wrote an email to ithemba complaining about the above mentioned matter but no one has responded or at least acknowledged that they have received my email. I take that as an unprofessional act from them.I feel like they are siding with their employees because they show a sign of no interest to my email.I am stressed and questioning their slogan.Ithemba need to do something about the people it hires. I need closure. Please help
