Disgusting Bathrooms and poorly managed building

For months I have been searching for the words to describe how I feel about our living conditions. I have complained to the building manager ad nauseam to no avail, hench my quest to write a review instead. This will be our second Christmas in this humble living conditions, which we'd prefer if only it was clean. In this building we share the bathrooms with everyone on the floor. This in itself is a bit questionable since I have only had to share bathrooms with people on sports trips and living in a hostel. But even then the facilities were pristine as if it was at your mother's house. Not here in this particular building. I wish I could attach pictures to show you just how disgusting these humans are that live in this building. The building manager has discussed this with me and informed me that the cleaning staff is supposed to clean 3times a day. All I can say is this if they clean once a day before 13:00 its early and apparently a lot. On weekends there is no cleaning at all, this means if any one had a party on the Friday night and their guests missed the toilet, that would stay there until Monday when a cleaner gets there at whatever time it suits them. Lets not even talk about the male cleaner. He is on the phone for 30 min at a time on duty when he is supposed to clean. Stands outside and yaps while the bathroom remains in the state it was in when he arrived at 13:00 to clean it. By now it would be 14:00 in the afternoon. This is a health hazard, who can I contact regarding the substandard services that is not being delivered. I have read other reviews regarding Ithemba Property Trust and I am sure every word and frustration expressed is true. I was planning on transferring to one of the newer buildings but upon inspection i have realized just how poorly and cheaply it is built. What am I to do? Is a clean shared bathroom too much to ask for?
