And they come looking for anything just to ***** Your Deposit.My room was painted with very Cheap white Water based paint. never repainted all this time.When You leave they Suddenly tell you about Repainting the walls with Wash n Wear Sheen! Now that I'm Moving out you want to re-paint Your walls with Wash and Wear Sheen? And I must Pay for it! Ng***!! How do you charge me for Sheen when I've been living under Cheap water based paint.Charge me for the Same Cheap ******* I moved into!!Day light *******.They probably didn't even use Sheen afterward*****r New Tenant will Suffer the same fate!!They scored over R800 of my deposit. Don't Move in there BLINDLY!
