Disgrace Power Outage
Considering the amount of rent and utilities charged, the power outage issue at The Diamond - Jewel City remains a disgrace. The fact that we face power outage every month end is really disappointing and now the power outages occur frequently which is more frustrating. I am working from home so you can imagine how this has been an issue for me, even more so when it comes to our refrigerated goods. The agents never tell you about such flaws with the buildings so I would advise people to be aware of this. I honestly wouldn't recommend The Diamond to anyone. The building is beautiful but that is overshadowed by this issue which seems can't be resolved.
Don't give excuses such as pointing fingers to other parties (City Power). Other buildings make use of City Power but are not faced with such ****ty problems. DO NOT CHOOSE THE DIAMOND...
