Disappointment with Ithemba.

I am so disappointed and annoyed with Ithemba. Firstly the noise at Eyethu house is crazy,on weekends you can try to tolerate it but the property has no noise rules, you will hear someone playing loud music on a Monday morning around 3 am, secondly roaches, do not know where to start on that,I sent an email and they sent a person to fumigate only my apartment which didn't help as the corridors are roaming with roaches,I am concerned for my health and do not understand how people can live like this,I had to give them my notice to vacate.They need to take this issue seriously and fumigate the whole flat regularly as this poses a health risk.
