Disappointing Experience with Ithemba Properties Agent Musa
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received from an agent representing Ithemba Properties named Musa. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from the professional standard I expected from a company that came highly recommended.
From the start, the agent (Musa) seemed more focused on securing a sale than understanding or meeting my needs as a client. I clearly communicated that the one-bedroom unit at The Onyx was too small for my family, and that it simply would not work for us. Instead of listening or offering an alternative solution, the agent continued to push the deal forward, disregarding my concerns entirely.
Now that I’ve requested a refund, I’ve been informed that I will not be receiving the full amount back. This is incredibly disappointing, especially given that the situation could have been avoided had the agent taken the time to listen and act in good faith from the beginning.
To make matters worse, when the agent (Musa) called while I was in a meeting and I explained I was unavailable, he accused me of blaming him for not doing his job when in fact, that is exactly the issue. The lack of accountability and professionalism displayed throughout this process is unacceptable.
It is disheartening to have such a poor experience with a company I had trusted. Based on how I’ve been treated, I cannot in good conscience recommend Ithemba Properties to others.
