Disappointing experience
Iv had an incredibly frustrating experience with the building manager at Elevate. I have been a tenant at Elevate since August 2022 and I had reserved parking space. The previous building manager had allocated a parking for me and iv parked there ever since. The current building manager found me parked at that parking and had communicated that my parking had been reallocated. We then agreed that I would stay in the same parking and I asked him to please make the correction and allocate me to the parking that I had been using since 2022. A year later the very same building manager allocates the very same parking to a different and new tenant. I reached out to the company for assistance regarding this matter because Firstly why am I inconvenienced for the managers incompetence in the first place. I have been staying at Elevate way longer to receive this sort of treatment. I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed to say the least

In fact the ticket I logged with the company was closed with the issue still not resolved!!

It's day 3 and no one has contacted me regarding my parking issue.today I come back from work and find another car parked in the parking that's now allocated to me. It's late and I'm tired. My rent is always paid on time and I give no hassles as a tenant.
What kind of service is this??
