You have really decided to refuse to pay us our deposit back. We have been following up with you and we have finally reported you to the ombudsmen and housing tribunal. What you are doing is ******** and you have created an enemy out of us. We regret ever staying at your disgusting properties that are not well taken care off. You shall hear from our lawyers soon.
