Deposit Refund!!!!!!!!

How dare you tell me that when I move out, there are different terms and conditions on the notice to move out than the contract! This shows how ********* Ithemba properties are!!! Why would you have two contradicting payout times on your documents for the same tenant???? I brought this up to Ntokozo Mgomezulu, the first person to tell me about the 30 days, but this Ithemba employee did not bother to respond. Then Palesa Mawasha told me very condescendingly that they will pay me after 30 days! And then now you tell me, after the 14 days stipulated in my lease agreement, that you will process the payment today, subject to a 72-hour clearance. Ithemba is the worst residential company in JHB. With buildings that are unkept and rude staff!!!! Even the building manager of the Diamond told me that even if I clean my apartment, I will be charged for cleaning!!! You make it seem as if these move-out charges are subject to the tenant cleaning, but you know that you will charge them anyway!!!! Ithemba does not function under best practice, but as low-life ****** with no standards!!! I should not have to wait after complaining for any 72-hour window, you *********** idiots!
