There was an amount of R1000 allocated for enamelling a bath tub that I found damaged as the previous caretaker Raphael ticked on his checklist, there was an unspecified amount of R150 rands according to the Accounts lady Tania.<br> Ithemba has previously charged me for things like cancelled parking for three months and later on told me that I must send a termination letter.<br> <br> Im sick and tired of this and I want my money back.
