Deposit payout
After you've moved out they will not want to give your deposit back, the accounts team Christina and building manager are even ignoring my WhatsApp texts no matter how desperate you are never consider staying in any ithemba properties especially The diamond building its in Maboneng jhb.

It is important to note that deposits are paid out 30 days after moving out. This is because there are utility charges that are billed in arrears. There are also maintenance charges that would be considered as a result of repairs done in your unit. Once all these charges are finalized and deducted, then only can the final statement be issued and the deposit paid out.
However, you matter will be escalated to our billing department to investigate if there are any delays beyond what is mentioned above.
