Deposit not refunded

I'm former tenant of Ithemba Property, I use to stay at Plumridge in Berea. I moved out 2 months ago and I'm still waiting to refunded my deposit. I have send emails to *** and enquiries with no luck. I've called *** which they keep transferring me to a voicemail. They're service is extremely poor
