I stayed with Ithemba Property for almost two years. Gave them adequate notice to vacate and now they refuse to payback my deposit. Their reasons are they have used it to paint the peeled paint from the walls, paint over the stain that was caused by them welding geyser pipe and to replace the 'missing' shower curtain that they did not provide.
