Thank you for your review. Your concern has been duly noted.
Our team has thoroughly investigated the matter regarding your deposit. Upon review, it was found that the full deposit could not be returned due to the condition in which the unit was left at the end of your tenancy. Maintenance charges were app**** to cover the cost of repairs required to restore the unit to an acceptable condition for the next occupant.
We understand this may be disappointing, but please know that these charges are only app**** when necessary to recover damages beyond normal wear and tear as per your lease agreement.
