I wish to commend Ithemba Property for their services, particularly the assistance I received from one of their customer care agents namely, Tsundzukani Ntimbana. S/he was very kind and helpful. S/he provided consistent and timely feedback to my problem. Importantly, s/he was able to attend to and resolve my issue. In fact, I was impressed by the quality of the service I received from Ithemba given the rather unfavorable reviews I've seen and heard about from others. To Tsundzukani, I wish to say, thank you!
