******** case opened against IThemba agent

Good day,

I'm a tenant @ Vuja DE Building and I want you to be aware that I have opened a ******** case against Phumlani, an ithemba agent, for the following charges : assault, house-breaking and ************.

Lastnight, 9th of July, i came back to my unit at around 10pm and learned that someone had ********ly entered my unit because my laptop was gone. I spoke to building manager as well as security officer on duty about the matter and it was indicated that Phumlani was in the building earlier with a bag.

I then proceeded to his apartment, and when he opened the door, that's when I saw my laptop on his bed,as I retreieved the laptop back, he started attacking me physically, choking me and headbuttingl my left eye. When the security came, he was able to stop the attack and as I was walking out of the building, he followed me to the reception, intimidating me, physically pushing me in order to provoke a fist fight but he failed as I was not willing to fight him, I then proceeded to the jeppe police where a case was opened against him with the local SAPS.

Right now, i fear for my safety as a tenant because Phumlani still has access to my apartment complex, and he has already threatened to come back for more violence.
