Credit Score Update

I moved out of Purchase Place and I was told I gave notice late and I have to pay half of the rent,which did not make sense but i agreed and sent them an email that I was not working hence I was moving out, they then handed me over to LGR which I made payment arrangements with to my surprise I have been making payments and sending Pop but they are not updating my account which is now affecting my credit score. When I ask LGR says IThemba has to update it, when I ask IThemba they say LGR has to update it at this point I don’t know what to do. IThemba is the worst to deal with.
