Confused

I lived in a 2 bedroom apartment in kraai street pretoria over 5 years ago. When my daughter was highjacked at the gate, due to problems with the main gate. i immediately called the building manager, who was Charles at the time, he came to my place & i told him i would like to give immediate notice as i felt very unsafe after the incident. he tried to convince me to stay but eventually agreed on the notice, which i told them to keep my deposit. A month ago i tried applying for a flat and was told i still owed ithemba, for what i dont know, i requested the consultant to advice me on what i owe for but he never got back to me. i was never contacted after i left about any balances i had with them but now after way more than 5 years i am told i owe them. can you please let me know what i owe for
