I had such a bad experience moving into Eyethu house I dealt with an agent that was unprofessional and left me hanging in desperation, to the point that I was allocated to the wrong apartment, I was hurt, broken and super frustrated, from then on I assumed my stay with Ithemba would be the worst experience because I felt some of the staff was careless when it came to new tenants and then almost a month after the pain Ithemba sent Super Man to rescue me, Katlego Mothopi he literally fixed everything that was broken in me and redeemed my trust for Ithemba, excuse the pun. He sorted out my billing issues, gave me first choice of 5 different options of the apartment I initially wanted, had thee most ultimate patience I have ever endured in my life. I'm so thankful and relieved, it's been a month now and with people like Katlego I know my stay will be worthwhile. Ngyabonga ***hulu, please keep up the good work, Ithemba you have a super agent there, we need more like him.
