Dear Ithemba Property Management,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern and dissatisfaction regarding a recent issue with the building manager, Makoma, at Rosecrest, where I have been residing for the past four months.
When I moved into Rosecrest, I was allocated a parking bay by the building manager (Akhona). For the entire duration of my stay, I have consistently parked in this allocated spot without issues. However, since Makoma's arrival moving into the same building, she has claimed that my parking allocation was not properly recorded and is now marked as vacant. Despite this, I have been using this parking bay for the last four months, and it has been an essential aspect of my residential arrangement.
To my surprise and disappointment, rather than addressing this matter directly with me, Makoma sent a security guard to relay her message. This approach feels both unprofessional and unnecessary, particularly since we see each other daily in the building. I believe this form of engagement is inappropriate, and it makes me feel harassed and undervalued as a resident. My decision to move into this building was driven by the promise of peace of mind, which I no longer feel due to these circumstances.
As a client, I believe I deserve fair and respectful treatment. I respectfully request that this issue be resolved promptly, with clear communication on my allocated parking bay. Furthermore, I would appreciate it if Makoma refrains from exercising undue power over residents, as it contributes to a negative living experience.
I kindly ask for your immediate intervention to ensure that I can continue to reside here peacefully, without concerns about the safety and security of my vehicle.
