Complaint on the charge for R1500 on a presumably replaced door

Having a bad experience since the introduction pf the new management at Tha Metropolitan in Berea. I got charged R1500 for a door that was never replaced on the pretext that it was dented. When the office is approached they are so much arrogant to a ppint where by all the three managers stand and gang up. I never wrote a job card noh signed it off which by my knowledge is the only way i get to be charged for any presumed damages, yet the building managers are insisting on me paying for the door that still hasn't been replaced. Yhe managers are Ntokozo Mngomezulu and Bonani the third one i never got her name clearly. Please may the relevant management sort out this issue
