Complaint Bad service worse

I lived at Eyethu House for 12 months and when I moved in I paid a deposit for a 1 bedroom and I downgraded to a bachelor and when I moved out the caretaker didn’t give me a form to sign and of which some managers from Ithemba were there on the day when I moved out , I told them I told the caretaker that I’m moving out month end he just said it’s okay , let me know on the day and I did only to find he was on leave for two weeks , so I complained as a tenant when I suppose to move out and I was told no I can’t without a release form yet I told to the caretaker and he didn’t not give me the form to sign , I went on to speak to managers and they allowed me to move out

So when I was waiting for my deposit they told me I will get it after a month so since December last year till today I’ve never received my deposit , I even went to the offices and they told me to write an email to the hello Ithemba mail address and they never responded or bothered to attend to my case

So I need my deposit back , I even received letters that I owe them money and I was so confused how do I owe them money , only to find out that the caretaker cancelled my lease 2 months later and I told Them to even Check the cameras of when I moved out or when I told him I’ll be moving out .

I’m so disappointed that Ithemba does that to people cause I heard also sorrows on the streets of people complaining that the same building they didn’t get thrown deposits

I need my R4100 that’s it.
