Complaint About Parking Allocation at ABSA Main Towers

I have been a tenant for the past 13 months and during this time, I have consistently been allocated and have paid for a parking spot. However, my recent experience has been quite frustrating. On September 18, my car was involved in an accident, and I had to take it for repairs. Upon returning home last week with a courtesy car provided by my insurance, I was shocked to find another car parked in my designated parking spot. This left me without a place to park my car.

I immediately contacted one of the building managers to inquire about this situation. Unfortunately, the response I received from the building manager was less than satisfactory. He informed me that the parking spot was now vacant. This contradicted the fact that I have been assigned and paid for this parking spot for the past 13 months. It seemed that my situation was being taken advantage of to accommodate individuals who are not paying for the parking space I rightfully own.

I would like to clarify that I never made a request to cancel my parking allocation. It raises concerns as to how my paid and occupied parking spot suddenly became vacant following my car accident.

The building manager assured me that he would resolve this issue and asked me to park in another spot temporarily. However, to date, the matter remains unresolved, and the person occupying my spot has not been removed. Today, I found myself parking in yet another tenant's spot due to the ongoing situation.
