Hi I am a tenant in.a building owes by ithemba property names eyethu house situted at marshalltown

My lease ended on.september Befor that they send me a.letter stating the wont increase the rental I travel out of the country When.my wife received the statements she saw they increase the rent I give them.a notice to vacate the the flat am on 30 november They told me I will get my deposit back only on 15 December For the rental of this month I pay Because of late payement for this month rental they cut off the water and the electricity And am.staying with wife and kids in the flat First the building is not clean it full of cocroaches and the management are very rude towrads tenant
