Cold or luke warm water

Worst service but dont play when it comes to their rent... Have been complaining about luke warm water in our Building The Onyx . We only get water few days but yet we fully charged for hot water...

Have logged a complaint again last week,no one is willing to help but monthend they willing to recieve payment.. FULL PAYMENT 😭.. am really disappointed with Ithemba ,they dont care about their existing tenants at all...

Please note we are aware of the hot water issue and have escalated with the service provider. The service provider is looking into the issue. Unfortunately, no ETA can be confirmed as this stage.

Ofcourse you are aware.. for months thats tye response i get but we need or are expected to be paying for the service we not recieving ...how is that OK?
