06 Feb 2026, 09:23Dear Simanga,
Thank you for getting in touch with us regarding this matter. We appreciate you taking the time to raise your concerns.
We would like to clarify that the damage to property fee was app**** to your account due to the condition of your parking bay. Over time, the building manager issued several communications to tenants to make them aware that this fee may be charged if parking bays are not maintained in accordance with the house rules. In addition, the building manager contacted you directly to advise that the fee could be app**** should the issue remain unresolved, as outlined in your parking lease agreement.
As the matter was unfortunately not rectified, the charge was app**** accordingly.
We kindly ask that the total amount reflected on your most recent invoice, including the R575 damage to property fee, be settled to ensure that your account remains in good standing and to avoid any arrears.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you require any further clarification or assistance.
Sincerely
Ithemba Property
