Charing me R374 for checking the serial number of an oven

This company charges tenants R374 for checking the serial number of the oven, they also claim that they should have charged me R10k for not handing over the flat ,where have you ever seen that, they claimed to have made calls 06 June 2023, when on the same date i have sent them an email but claim that they could not make contact with me, this is a company that will do everything to take money from the tenants using any trick that is in this world to do that , i have evidence to support this statement, i am sick tired about this company. Today they respond that i am not entitled to a refund based on the fact that i did not hand over the flat.
