Charges after moving out
They not even deserving of the one star. They charge you even after you've moved out. Keeping your deposit and also adding other charges on top of that. I do not recommend the place to anyone

18 Mar 2025, 09:49Dear Tofley,
Thank you for your review.
Please note that, as per the Notice Form you signed on 03/02/2025, the terms and conditions—which you acknowledged having read and understood—clearly state that a mandatory fumigation fee, cleaning fee, and maintenance charges apply. These ensure that the next tenant receives the unit in the same clean and habitable condition as you did upon moving in.
Given that you occupied the unit for a year, normal wear and tear is expected. Repainting the walls and other necessary maintenance are part of ensuring that the unit remains in good condition for the next tenant.
We have emailed you a detailed inspection report, including pictures taken during your move-out inspection, to provide transparency on the condition of the unit at the time of your departure.
For further clarity, please refer to Clause 13 of your lease agreement, which outlines how and when your deposit may be used for necessary repairs and deductions.
Should you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to review the attachments sent via email or contact our customer service team, who will be happy to assist you.
Best regards,
