Carlton View Ithemba

I’ve been a tenant at Carlton View since 2012 and the fact that I am still here means I am enjoying my stay. Staff members like Kelvin has always been helping and Building Manager Itumeleng is always there to help a hand. Only concern is the lifts in the building, it breaks down maybe it could due to vadalism of the kids in the building. Besides the lifts breaking down I have no other complains and will enjoy my stay for as long as possible.
