Firstly lets hope and pray that relevant people get to see or read this I am an unhappy tenant who has been with the business for more than a year currently on the second year lease of which if I could , would cancel immediately

This started when I had guest over asking me if I had Doom due to the ****roaches they had came arcoss secondly the security lady not to be named cause we consider people's jobs is VERY RUDE!!!, if possible she would need to guard the ba*****t where she won't communicate with people or anyone for that matter for majority of us believe employees should respect clients and their jobs of which she doesn't at the end of the day we as paying clients are right cant have someone cheeky at the fact that I have a guest over like what the hell??

Noise level is killing some of us professionals who had the opportunity to work from home but due to the noise level whether kids that play at other poeples doors or mai mai with the daily concert I honestly have had it to top it all when we rise such all we get is we will look into it only to remind ithemba eyethu superiors again after two months down the line

Lift needs to be properly re-made they stuck on a daily basis

turnstyle is locked for people who even pay rent on time through my first lease for a year I had been paying on the 28th of the month latest and guess what they had locked my finger print telling me about I did not pay when heading to the office I am not in the system like *** I have been with this company for more than a year and im treated like you do not care the little I put in the business

I pled and ask if there is anyone who reads such in the higher positions meaning you either director of the company itself or second in command I would highly appreciate just a sit down meeting highlighting alot I can not mention here in person not only to strive to make your company better but to ensure no further tenants like myself complain over something you or the higher superiors can control if not I assure you come end of 2021 your tenant rate will decrease by 50% due to avioding such queries seeking help
