BUILDING MANGER NO WHERE TO BE FOUND

It is with great disappointment that I write this complaint as my previous complaints and queries have been left on deaf ears.

I am currently residing in the Onyx building and my experience thus far has been quite terrible. The Building manager (Lerato) does not respond to messages and calls when required to do so. The people in the office are also quite useless as all they can do is tell you to send an email which will probably be attended to when they feel like it.

There is construction taking place in the building and it is going onto the 2nd week now and no one has thought of mentioning this to tenants that reside and work from home. The drilling and banging can be heard through the paper thin walls as can go on for hours!

Not mentioning the countless issues I have with the wifi which I have stopped complaining about as even after they say they have fixed it the problems still persist.

Can someone please contact me, maybe I will get assistance through this platform.
