Break-in and Vandalism of my unit and lack of assistance to the matter
I am a tenant at the Diamond, located at Jewel city An intruder broke into my apartment while I was at work and smashed my tv and trashed my place up.
I have sent queries and the property management my issue and demand for answers regarding the matter. They did not inspect my place and did not review the break in and the evidence and have been dismissing my queries on the ithemba app.
