Blocked Shower Drain, Apartment smells like sewage 😠😡

I'm not happy with you, my shower drain is blocked this is not happening for the first time. Even your building managers are rude and don't see any reason to attend to urgent issues. At first I spoke to Lehlohonolo to assist me with logging a query since I couldn't do it because my phone was not allowing me to download QR code ****ner all he did was to be rude and disrespected me (screenshot attached). My shower drainage is blocked again but Lerato says I have to wait for the maintenance to assign someone to assist me. I missed two meetings because I cant use a shower, my apartment smells like sewage. This is not what I'm paying for but I am receiving bad service. I regret staying at one of the Ithemba Apartments (The Onyx).
