Wami Yami from Ithemba properties and I met on Friday afternoon over the phone when I was desperately looking for a place in Johannesburg cbd for my younger sister who was about to throw in the towel because most agents had failed her. I literally just gave Yami the brief of what we need and with a very tight budget, within an hour I had received three units within budget and the desired area… we were already arranging viewing for for the next day. Saturday we drove through from Pretoria to view the unit and when we left, my younger sister was already submitting the digital form plus required documents. Monday by lunch time the rental had been approved, all processes done and arranging building access appointment for Tuesday.

I am so impressed by the level of professionalism and the dedication that Yami showed in helping us. Yami is not vague, we were provided all the necessary information and advised so well. Also the level passion plus people skills that we witnessed… simply amazing!
