Barlow Park Lifestyle Estate is the Pits!!

This is the worst place one can ever live at. Firstly, the reception ladies are so *****y, they have such horrible attitudes, and the building manager is useless when it comes to queries or anything involving tenants.

The rental amounts come with unexplained costs, costs that exceed our initial agreement and were not discussed prior to signing a contract.

They cheapened out on appliances and building materials, because it’s not even 6months and already their apartments are falling apart from the inside.

They make us pay for absolutely every single thing, you breathe, you pay. Our visitors have to pay for parking, as a tenant you pay millions for parking, and sometimes it won’t even work.

And I have tried emailing Ithemba as per the building manager advice, since as I said, they are of no help. And also Ithemba is of no help. So I’ve given up and I can’t wait to move out.

I wish more people would know how awful the building is and not move in, because truly we all deserve way much better.
