Barlow Park Lifestyle estate

I wrote a review about Barlow Park when I first moved here, nothing has changed and things have only gotten worse. All the reviews were terrible and now they have deleted that page.

Parking is a nightmare and very costly for our visitors, we have a lot of water and power issues after moving here because of the promise of no longer experiencing this. We’re also being charged more on estate levy’s before finishing a year here, when this by law is only meant to happen during each financial year. It’s my 3rd time at an Ithemba property and It’s been a horrible experience. I’m constantly fighting. At Barlow I’ve had my Wifi disconnected twice because of a mistake on their end that I hadn’t paid rent when I pay a week before the due date. I’ve had issues with my biometrics and met with rude securities when I explain my situation & ask them to open for me.

All those bad reviews and they refuse to do better by the people who use their hard earned money to pay rent. Very disappointing.

If you are wanting to move to Barlow Park for convenience, just know you will be met with inconvenience!
